Jainco Group has a total of 150 weaving looms comprising of Cutting-edge Toyota Airjets, Rapiers and Sulzers allowing it to manufacture more than 1 million meters of fabric per month.
All fabric manufactured by Jainco Group are processed and finished in state-of-the-art machineries with primary focus on quality, color fastness and the over all fabric feel and finish. Every meter of fabric processed by Jainco meets all customer parameters of color fastness and chemical testing.
With a committed production line up of 70 stitching machines, Jainco manufactures upto 45,000 units of garments per month. Jainco group supplies garments to several renowned clients like Raymonds, Killer Jeans and Gini & Jony.
Jainco Fashions has a dedicated 16,000 Sq. Ft. inspection house focused solely on allowing the best fabric to pass through to our clients. We follow the American 4-point checking system to help standardize our quality parameters for our buyers.
